It was 106 degrees today. Do you see that six day forecast? Do you see the time? It is now 8:07 PM and it's 99 degrees outside. 99 degrees! And here's the kicker: Austin has now had over 70 consecutive days of triple digit weather. And there is absolutely no. rain. in. sight.
We're having a stake-wide fast for rain at the beginning of September. Go figure. Hope it works. We could really use a hurricane right now... well, not us. We could really use a hurricane somewhere else right now so we can bum the rain off of it. Yeah, that would be great.
